HOW TO APPLY THE BODY OILS:
Apply a few drops of the mixture to areas of the body where you are experiencing an issue (pain, inflammation, dry skin, etc.) and massage gently for at least 1 minute into the skin. Can be used anytime of the day, however, our bodies do most of its healing and rejuvenation overnight while we are asleep, so if you can wait and apply before bedtime, that would be the preferred recommendation.
